If you could step through the screen, this is exactly where we would welcome you: right here, at this counter. We opened our family business in 2011 in La Manga del Mar Menor, a paradise nestled between two seas. After a period of growth and learning, we finally settled in 2016 in the famous Plaza Bohemia, the heart of La Manga. Since then, this counter has been more than just a place to advise friends and customers; today, it is the very spot where we carefully prepare, pack, and ship every order from our online store.
From driftwood to hyper-realistic resin: Our connection to the sea has always gone a step further. Ten years ago, that passion led us to create our own artisanal workshop. We began in the purest way: gathering driftwood from the shores of the Mediterranean to hand-carve our iconic whales, breathing new life into what the sea gave us.
That same creativity naturally evolved, leading us to dive into the world of epoxy resin. Today, we combine our handcrafted expertise to encapsulate beaches, waves, and seabeds into unique decor pieces.
At La Botavara, we are not an anonymous warehouse. We are a real, brick-and-mortar shop that lives and breathes the sea every day, bringing a little piece of it directly to your home.
