We ship with MRW. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown before you confirm your order.
Free collection in our shop
Choose "Store pickup" when ordering and come to our shop in La Manga del Mar Menor once we tell you it is ready. You have 7 working days to collect it; bring your ID and the order confirmation email (or authorise someone else). If it is not collected in that time, we will cancel the order and refund you.
Shipping to Europe
We use DHL, UPS, DPD or FedEx depending on the destination. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.

* Outside the European Union: import duties or customs fees may apply at destination and are not included in the price, and delivery may take longer due to customs. For other countries, very large orders or special destinations, write to us for a quote before ordering.
When your order arrives
Check that the parcel is in good condition. If it is damaged, tell the courier and let us know as soon as possible at [email protected] with some photos, so we can sort it out and file a claim.
Returns
- You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, without giving a reason.
- Let us know with the Withdraw from a purchase button (also in the site footer and in My account) or by email to [email protected] (you can use the withdrawal form) and send the products to our shop within 14 days, with their labels and well packed. You can also bring them in person.
- We refund the price of the products and the standard shipping you paid, within 14 days and using the same payment method. If you prefer, we can exchange it for another size or product.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered. You can use any carrier or ask us for an MRW label, whose cost we will tell you beforehand and deduct from your refund.
- Christmas campaign: orders placed between November 15 and December 24, 2026, can be returned until January 10, 2027.

Guarantee
All products have a 3-year legal guarantee. If something arrives faulty or breaks down, write to us with your order number and some photos and we will repair it, replace it or refund you.
