Whale Ceramic Spoon Rest

Let's admit it: there is nothing more annoying than preparing a great recipe and not knowing where to drop the sauce-covered spatula or ladle without messing up the kitchen tiles or countertop. Forget about improvised plates or cleaning up splashes mid-cooking thanks to this exclusive spoon rest from the Batela brand. The entire piece is molded from high-quality ceramic with a glossy vitrified coating that, besides giving it a clean and bright look, repels liquids, does not absorb odors or flavors, and cleans up in the blink of an eye under the tap.

Its design is an authentic nod to traditional nautical interior design, showcasing a stylized white whale silhouette decorated with fine blue stripes and a subtly raised tail. This clever anatomical curvature is no coincidence; it is designed to act as a barrier and securely retain the juices and oils from your serving cutlery. It responds brilliantly to real-life, everyday usage scenarios: its flat 23x9 cm base offers perfect stability next to the stove to hold everything from small coffee spoons to large wooden spatulas or steel tongs. A Mediterranean detail that is as aesthetic as it is functional, which you will want to keep on display at all times.
