The standard delivery time within Mainland Spain is 24 to 72 business hours from the moment the courier picks up the package. For the Balearic Islands or international shipments, the delivery time is usually 3 to 7 days.

We offer free shipping on orders over 50€ for deliveries within Mainland Spain.

For all other orders, the cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on weight and destination:

• Shipments to Mainland Spain: 5.99€. Shipping is FREE for orders over 50€.

• Shipments to the Balearic Islands: 12€

• Shipments to Portugal (excluding islands): 9.99€

• For other international destinations, please check our "Delivery and Returns" section in the footer.

We can deliver it to your home, your workplace, your local MRW office, or any location of your choice. However, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you would like to know the status of your order, please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number.

Currently, at La Botavara, we only ship to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Due to specific customs requirements and export clearance fees (DUA), we do not currently have an active logistics service for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Absolutely. Our website has an SSL certificate, and we use the official Redsys secure payment gateway, which complies with PSD2 regulations. We never have access to your card details; everything is processed through the bank's own secure server.

You can pay using your Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card, Bizum, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your purchase before confirming the order and proceeding to payment.

Please ensure you enter your code in the designated box and click the “Add code” button so it can be applied to your order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes containing your order reference and the details of the items included. If you do not receive it, please get in touch with us using the contact form.

The return period is 15 calendar days from the date the order is received.

During the Christmas campaign, we extend the return period until January 10th for orders placed from December 1st onwards.

The cost is the same as the standard shipping rate for your specific order or destination, which will be deducted from your final refund.

Once the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have all tags attached), you will receive your refund via the same payment method used for your order within a maximum of 3 business days.

Don't worry! Contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving your order, attaching a photo of the damage, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Yes, all pieces we create with epoxy resin—such as cutting boards, trays, and any items intended for use with food—are made with food-grade resin safe for food contact.

Of course! If you would like a painting, a cutting board, or any other piece in a specific size, different colors, or other designs, please get in touch with us and we will provide you with all the information.

Epoxy resin should not be placed in direct sunlight or in areas with high levels of external light reflection to prevent yellowing.

To clean it, simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth every now and then; for the sand, use a dry brush occasionally.

To clean the cutting boards, you can use a sponge with soapy water.

• What you will find: Here you can see our resin craft pieces up close, try on nautical fashion from Batela or Helly Hansen, and receive personalized advice from our team.

• In-store pickup (Click & Collect): If you live nearby or are on holiday in La Manga, you can place your order online and select "Store Pickup" at checkout. We will notify you as soon as it is ready so you can pick it up with no shipping costs.

Our steel bracelets are unique pieces that "write" your name or a special message using the International Code of Signals. Here is how to order yours perfectly:

• Choose the number of flags: Each flag corresponds to one letter. For example, if you want the name "SEA," you should select the "Base + 3 letters" option.

• Enter your personalization: In the text box on the product page, type the name or word you want. We will take care of translating it into the official nautical code.

• What if my name has repeated letters? No problem! We will include the corresponding flags for every letter in your name, even if they repeat.

• What is the bracelet size? Our bracelet is fully adjustable to any wrist thanks to its steel link system. Here is how the sizing works:

  • Base measurement: The bracelet starts at a base of 15 cm, plus 1 cm for each flag added (for example, with 5 flags, the bracelet will measure 20 cm).

  • Custom fit: If the name is very long and the bracelet feels too large, don’t worry! The steel links are removable. You can easily take out any extra links so it fits your wrist perfectly.

• Material: Made of high-quality stainless steel, it is durable, hypoallergenic, and maintains its shine even with daily wear.

• Pro Tip: If you have a very small wrist and a long name, let us know in the order notes and we will send it already adjusted for you.
